Eat more fruit with a smoothie bowl


My favorite way to get fruit in is a smoothie bowl. Something about spooning it is more fun than drinking it!


I add 2 scoops of Orgain Organic vanilla vegan protein to make it a meal - I swear guys this protein tastes like cake batter! Then top with more fruit and my lower sugar homemade granola.


Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Orgain vanilla protein

  • 1 cup frozen organic mixed berries

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • Handful spinach

Directions:

  • Blend on high in a blender until all the spinach is incorporated.


Perfect for a quick breakfast or post-workout. Remember to get in 2 cups of fruit each day for those heart benefits.
