Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Mornings are rushed and you just want to get out the door, right? I get it, but that doesn't mean you have to skip breakfast.

Overnight oats are one of the most nutritious grab-and-go breakfasts.

This is by far my favorite way to eat oats because it tastes soo rich while staying healthy. I throw it together the night before and it's ready for me to grab and go by morning. I'm not even a peanut butter girl but this combo really gets me. Healthy carbs, healthy fats, plant protein.

Ingredients: • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats • 1 Tbsp chia seeds • 1 Tbsp peanut butter • 2 tsp cocoa powder • 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup or Stevia to taste • 1/2 cup almond milk

Directions:

  • Mix in a jar and leave in fridge for at least 3 hours
